Jennifer Yoder
RYT200
Jennifer is a grounded, philosophy-driven teacher whose classes are rooted in breath, strength, and mindful awareness. She has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and teaching since 2022, and holds dual RYT 200 certifications. Her background blends a deep appreciation for the foundational principles of yoga with a strong emphasis on functional, anatomy-informed movement.
Jennifer practices to step out of the mind and connect with the present moment, and she invites her students to do the same. Through a balance of dynamic and challenging, strength-building movement, she encourages introspection and awareness. She hopes students leave class not only feeling stronger and more at ease, but with a sense of peace and something meaningful they can carry into their daily lives.
Off the mat, you can find her exploring local trails, tending to her garden, studying herbalism, or getting lost in a good book.
