A central focus of the retreat is re-establishing healthy core coordination within a larger system of whole-body support, while creating space for self-reflection and a deeper examination of how we are living. Through this process, participants are invited to recalibrate their inner compass and redirect their actions from an embodied center.
Throughout the weekend, movement practices, education, and self-reflection are woven together to help participants develop more functional strength and support, release unnecessary tension, and reconnect with their own inner resources and guidance.
