Hannasy Rodgers
RYT200
Hannasy is a graduate of the Yoga Lab 200‑hour teacher training. Her yoga journey began in a Harrisburg gym and deepened while studying advanced yoga with Anna Engels through Penn State. Now, she’s eager to share how mindful movement and functional anatomy can work together to build balanced strength and ease.
In Hannasy’s classes, expect thoughtful sequencing that fuses mobility, stability, and breathwork—all designed to strengthen the mind‑body connection and help students find a sense of calm on the mat. She encourages everyone to view practice as a chance to tune in, move with intention, and leave refreshed. Outside of the studio, Hannasy completed her MBA at Penn State’s Smeal College of Business and will be a project manager at Regeneron. You can usually find her riding her horse, catching up with friends, or traveling to new and exciting places!
