RYT200
Brittany Aronson is a graduate of the Yoga Lab’s 200 hour teacher training program. Originally from South Florida near Miami, Brittany brings her vibrant Miami energy into every class she teaches. A fitness enthusiast at heart, she balances her love of yoga with running, spinning, strength training, Pilates, and barre classes. You can expect her yoga classes to be guided by a dynamic theme each week, inspired by the seasons, energetic shifts, or musical influences that set the tone for movement and mindfulness.
Outside of the studio, Brittany holds a Ph.D. in Cultural Studies in Education and is an associate professor in teacher education at Penn State University. She is deeply committed to bridging mindfulness, mind/body/spirit connections, and racial healing through her academic and activist work. As an advocate for social justice, Brittany seeks to integrate her yoga teaching with her scholarship, offering practices that honor both individual and collective healing.
