Our Teachers
Alexandria Kelsey
RYT200
Alexandria came to yoga during a season of breaking and rebuilding. What started as a way to steady her breath and body became a deep practice of remembering who she is. A graduate of Yoga Lab’s 200-hour teacher training, she teaches from a place of lived experience—honoring the mess, the magic, and everything in between.
Her classes are grounding, intentional, and heart-led. Expect space to breathe, space to move, and space to meet yourself just as you are. She weaves together strength and stillness, with cues that invite you to listen inward and move from a place of truth—not performance.
Outside the studio, Alexandria finds freedom in running long distances, riding her bike through back roads, and moving her body in whatever way keeps her connected and clear. She’s also an artist and writer—often painting, drawing, or journaling what she’s feeling, learning, and letting go of.
She’s a mother of two, a seeker, and a lover of honest conversations, early mornings, and barefoot walks in the grass. Yoga is her way of coming home—and she hopes to help others find their way back too.
