Curious about mindfulness? Hoping to relieve stress and find more joy in your life? Want to put down your phone and be more present for the things that really matter? Then this retreat is for you! Led by Penn State Professor and certified yoga/meditation teacher Jeremy Engels, this four-hour Sunday morning retreat will introduce you to several different types of seated and walking meditation practices (not asana) and will provide you with a strong foundation for beginning your mindfulness journey. This workshop will be interactive and include plenty of time for Q&A. This workshop also qualifies for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Hours for yoga teachers.
