It was a fantastic in-depth training. Excellent instructions in anatomy, physiology, asana, evidence based research in yoga, philosophy, teaching skills, breath work, and meditation. One of the best experiences I had. The YTT at Yoga Lab has touched and transformed my life.

This training program was amazing. The teachers have so much experience and offer their students lots of insight into all the areas that go into being a yoga instructor. Such a great group of people that really embody the yogic lifestyle.

“One of the basic reasons many people take up yoga is to change something about themselves: to be able to think more clearly, to feel better, and to be able to act better today than they did yesterday in all areas of life. In these endeavors yoga can be of great help, and it requires no prerequisites that must be fulfilled before we set out on this path.”
T.K.V. Desikachar, The Heart of Yoga
“The work of cultivating mindfulness is also play. It is far too serious to take too seriously—and I say this in all seriousness!—if for no other reason than because it really is about our entire life. It makes sense for a lightness of being and playfulness to be key elements of the practice of mindfulness, because they are key elements of well-being.”
John Kabat-Zinn, Mindfulness for Beginners
