Practice Requirements: Additional practice and observation homework at Yoga Lab is also required separate from weekend intensives. You will practice 1 class and observe 1 class and write a written reflection on the experience before each weekend intensive. Classes must be with a Yoga Lab Co-Founder (Anna, Jeremy, or Kristen), but you are welcome to choose which class fits your schedule. Class Schedule is available on the Yoga Lab website.

We encourage you to take full advantage of your FREE included Yoga Lab membership and practice and/or observe regularly at the studio above and beyond the minimum requirements.

Other Homework: Additional homework (estimated 20 hrs) will also be required to meet Yoga Alliance standards for certification.

If the first $285 Weekend Intensive payment is not received on time, Yoga Lab reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the booking deposit.

By submitting a deposit, you are agreeing to attend the full training.  No credit or refund is available if the participant does not show up, or leaves early for any reason.

In order to graduate from the program and receive your certificate of completion, you must demonstrate competency in all required areas. Additionally, all training hours must be fulfilled and all assignments completed by the assigned deadlines. If extenuating circumstances arise, coursework may completed up until May 15, 2020 with consultation. Program must also be paid for in full before graduation.
Payment does not guarantee graduation from the program.
