STUDIO Classes
Practice in-person together with our wonderful community in Yoga Lab’s studio space at 124 McAllister Alley, State College PA. Get personalized attention from the instructor, ask questions, and meet amazing people.
Please read the COVID-19 Code of Conduct before participating in studio classes.
CLASS LEVELS: 1-2 or 2-3
Level 1-2 Classes are great to get started with your practice, and are suitable for beginners to experienced practitioners. These foundational classes tend to be a slower pace and focused on alignment, while still offering opportunities for challenge.
Level 2-3 classes are great for experienced practitioners who enjoy a challenging hot and sweaty practice at a quicker pace. We do not externally heat the room - instead you will work your core and get warm from the inside out!
OUTDOOR Classes
Yoga Lab offers special classes and events outside as weather allows! Practice with our yoga community in beautiful natural spaces where you can spread out, breathe easily, and relax completely.
ON DEMAND Videos
Practice from the comfort of your own home anytime with Yoga Lab’s classes ON DEMAND. A great option if you live out of town or if it is simply more convenient for your schedule. Select from over 70 videos to choose from at every level of challenge, taught by Yoga Lab Co-Founders Anna & Kristen. This is a perk available for Yoga Lab UNLIMITED Members. Or sign up for the On Demand Membership for access!
WORKSHOPS & Special Events
We occasionally offer workshops on special topics such as Intro to Yoga, Intro to Mindfulness, Meditation, Handstands, Partner Yoga, Core & Pelvic Floor, etc.
Workshops are limited class series that are available as special one-time events, or for registration as a bundle (e.g., special classes 4 weeks in a row). Upcoming workshops and special events are listed on our home page.
PRIVATE Individual Sessions or Group Events
Would you like individualized attention one-on-one with a yoga teacher to work on your specific needs and goals? CONTINUING ED Classes
Hey Yoga Teachers - do you need continuing education classes for Yoga Alliance hours? Check out our classes and workshops with our YACEP instructors: Anna Engels, Jeremy Engels, and Kristen Boccumini!
Current RYTs can also sign up for our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at a 30% discount for continuing ed! Not all 200hr yoga teacher trainings are the same. We believe strongly that the firm foundation of the material in our training will enrich and expand any previous RYT200 credential. If you want to learn more about anatomy, sequencing, assisting, mindfulness, meditation, injury prevention, and functional movement to be able to better support your students, this training is for you.
