Come Practice With Us

Yoga Lab offers a wide range of classes for new to experienced practitioners. Whether you’re looking for a workout, time to relax, yoga philosophy, meditation, or even a yoga class followed by a healthy lunch, Yoga Lab has a class for you! Check out our unique offerings with different class levels to indicate the level of physical challenge that can be expected in the class. Classes with the YACEP stamp even count towards Continuing ED hours for yoga teachers (just email the teacher for a certificate if needed).  Special workshops such as Intro to Yoga, Partner Yoga, Yoga Anatomy, Handstands, Mindfulness, etc. are announced as special events.  See below for descriptions of all of our awesome classes!

Breathe, Sweat, Relax

MONDAYS

LEVEL 1-2

Wake UP and start your day with an invigorating, playful, dynamic, and mindful Level 1-2 class with Laura! Focus on building strength, stability, alignment, flexibility and fun. It’s the best way to wake up your body, mind, and spirit to start your day strong and clear.

LEVEL 1-2

This class is designed for students just beginning their yoga journey or who are looking to re-establish their foundations. Learn breathing techniques, basic yoga postures, mindful practices, and functional movements. You have the option to order a healthy vegan lunch from Webster’s Cafe delivered to the studio right after class!

LEVEL 2

Power UP for your week with Sara! Tap into your power with this invigorating, playful, and challenging Level 2 class focused on building strength and exploring inversions and arm balances. Join Sara for an hour of sweat, smiles, and laughter and still be home for dinner! The perfect charge-up for the coming week.

LEVEL 2-3

Slow doesn’t always mean mellow. Challenge yourself and build heat in this practice by sustaining strengthening postures and maintaining that strength through slow transitions. Move with the breath and feel a slowwwww burrrrrrrnnnnnn.

Bonus: Yoga Teachers get Continuing Ed Hours!

TUESDAYS

LEVEL 2-3

Nourish your body, mind, and spirit with this lively yoga practice coupled with a delicious and sustainable meal. Yoga flow will focus on raising the heart-rate, activating under-utilized muscles, and re-energizing at mid-day to help you keep that yogi-glow well into the afternoon. Local vegan lunch is provided by Webster’s Cafe, you’ll leave centered and satisfied! Feel free to hang around the studio and eat with the community, or grab and go!

ALL LEVELS

(Open Practice Space for Yoga Lab Members Only)

This is an open space and time for your own practice with a teacher available to answer questions. You can meditate and sit in a quiet space, do your own asana practice, ask questions about alignment or something you’re working on with a teacher available for more personal attention. You can come and go at any time between 4:30 – 5:30, you don’t have to stay for the whole hour. If you want to come and ask questions and then put those suggestions into practice right away for reinforcement, consider staying for Strong Foundations at 5:45!

Come and do your own thing, blaze your own trail, and choose your own adventure at Yoga Lab!

LEVEL 1-2

Tap into your strength and gain strong foundations with Anna! This class focuses on understanding foundational elements of a strong yoga practice, including alignment of yoga postures and transitions (inversions and arm balances included), the power of the breath, and use of props to support your practice. Learn about common muscular imbalances and how to build strength and flexibility where needed to bring balance to the body and mind.

Bonus: Yoga Teachers get Continuing Ed Hours!

LEVEL 2

Root down to rise up and find your strength and stability! This class will help you use your core strength to bring balance, lift, and stability to your yoga practice. When we “root” ourselves we find ourselves in sold, stable yoga postures. This class will help you ground yourself in strengthening postures with an emphasis on the breath to help open your heart and still your mind. We will work on reaching up to grow and rooting down to connect.

WEDNESDAYS

LEVEL 2

Redefine “Power Lunch” with this challenging practice followed by a healthy vegan lunch from Webster’s Cafe delivered to the studio right after class!

LEVEL 2

Develop strength, flexibility, adaptability, compassion, and joy in this class with Laura! Explore challenging yoga postures and movement while cultivating internal softness and stability through compassion and focused awareness of the breath. This physical practice integrates traditional and modern yoga, mindfulness, pranayama, meditation, and functional movement.

MEDITATION

Meditation with Laura is FREE on Wednesdays! Learn how to observe your thoughts & feelings without judgment and embrace yourself as you are, at this moment. Mindfulness and meditation is an opportunity to better know yourself and to rediscover what it means to truly be alive.

THURSDAYS

LEVEL 1-2

Slow down and recharge with this Slow Motion Flow with Sara! Focus on tuning into your breath, maintaining alignment, and moving smoothly through transitions.

LEVEL 1-2

Want to learn more about yoga philosophy and how it’s related to your physical practice? Join Anna & Jeremy for this active asana class integrated with discussion of concepts from yoga philosophy. We’ll explore the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, all 8 limbs of yoga (yamas, niyamas, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, samadhi), and the Chakras to enrich your practice. Perfect for practitioners who want to learn more about integrating the wisdom of yoga philosophy into their physical practice.

LEVEL 2

Turn yourself inward in this smooth yet sturdy yoga flow and explore the ways in which your yoga practice can help you to become your most authentic self. This class will emphasize clean and deliberate movement, strengthen the linkage of breath to posture, and encourage the cultivation of a confident yoga practice… and in turn a more confident self.

FRIDAYS

LEVEL 1-2

Take a mindful Lunch Break with Laura and you will get the best of both worlds: movement emphasizing core strength and time to recharge through restorative postures. You have the option to order a healthy vegan lunch from Webster’s Cafe delivered to the studio right after class!

LEVEL 2

Grounded & Graceful with Taylor will focus on the integration of strong grounding poses in a graceful energetic flow. Focus, increase core heat, challenge your balance, and mindfully integrate movement and breath to help you stay energized, grounded and vibrant throughout the day.

SATURDAYS

LEVEL 2-3

Who needs hot yoga when there is core work and inversions! Connect to your core, build your own heat from the inside out, and get UP!! Perfect for experienced practitioners who enjoy a hot and sweaty practice, arm balances, and inversions.

SUNDAYS

LEVEL 2-3

Set the tone for your Sunday with an uplifting, energizing and fun class. This one-hour practice will take you deeper in your postures and support you in building strength, balance and flexibility. We will end with a 10-minute meditation to calm the mind and to empower you to take on the next week.

LEVEL 1-2

Get your energy flowing with this class! Focus on strengthening and opening up the mind and body, helping you to feel rejuvenated and grounded. Enjoy breathing postures, fluid transitions and just the right amount of intensity. The perfect energy boost to start your week!

LEVEL 1-2

Begin or end your week realizing the gentle strength within yourself. This vinyasa class will cultivate gentle strength through a comfortable pace, breath awareness, core stability, and functional movement. We will wind down each class with a series of restorative postures and prepare for the upcoming week with an extended savasana.
