Yoga for Runners Class Series
$75 ($45 for current Yoga Lab Members)
3 Special Classes – Saturdays May 4th, 11th & 18th
11:30am – 1pm @ Yoga Lab with Laura
7 of Laura’s regular Yoga Lab classes from May 4 – 22
Sundays 5:45 – 7:15pm, Thursdays 4-5pm, & Fridays 12-1pm
- All levels – no prior yoga or running experience needed
- Foundational yoga sequences to mobilize the body for athletic endeavors
- Focus on core strength and awareness to support bigger movement patterns

FREE Weekly Group Runs!
Sundays at 9am & Wednesdays at noon (with plans to continue beyond May)
